Returns & Exchanges Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date in new and unused condition.

A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained by calling us at 877-863-5431.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain "Customer Choice Returns".  Although our site offers "Free Shipping" for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you.  If you change your mind, don't like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return.  The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.
